John Piper Author, Speaker, Chancellor

John Piper is chancellor of Bethlehem College and Seminary. Piper also serves as founder and lead teacher at Desiring God, which began in 1994. For 33 years, Piper served as pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church, and he is currently chancellor of Bethlehem College and Seminary, both in Minneapolis. His life is dedicated to spreading a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ.

Piper earned degrees from Wheaton College, Fuller Theological Seminary, and the University of Munich. Prior to pastoring at Bethlehem Baptist Church, he taught biblical studies at Bethel College in St. Paul for 6 years.


Mark Vroegop Pastor, Author

Mark Vroegop (MDiv, Grand Rapids Theological Seminary) is the incoming president of TGC. He has served as the lead pastor of College Park Church in Indianapolis and is the author of the ECPA 2020 Christian Book of the Year Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy: Discovering the Grace of Lament. He's married to Sarah, and they have four children and three daughters-in-law.


David Michael Truth78 Executive Director, Author

David Michael is the executive director of Truth78. He served in church ministry for 33 years, including 5 years as Pastor for Next Generations at College Park Church in Indianapolis, where he still serves as an elder. For 28 years (1986-2013) David served under the shepherding ministry of John Piper, the last 16 years as the Pastor for Parenting and Family Discipleship. He and his wife, Sally, have two daughters and three grandchildren.


Josh Mulvihill Executive Director, Author

Dr. Josh Mulvihill is the executive director of church and family ministry at Renewanation, which trains children to develop a biblical worldview. He has a PhD from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as a pastor for nearly twenty years and is a founding member of the Legacy Coalition and RootedKids.com. He is the author of Biblical Grandparenting, Preparing Children for Marriage, the Rooted Kids curriculum and is the editor of Equipping Grandparents. Josh is married to Jen, and they have five children.
